This sculpture by sculptor Cynthia Howenstein is presented by Highland Arts Council for 1-1/2 years. At that time a new sculpture will take its place for the next year.

The collaboration with the Highland Garden Club, Korte Rec Center and the City of Highland is celebrated to connect people with art and nature.
